Just ate there tonight. Had ratatouille & husband had lasagna. Excellent & not too expensive. With 2 glasses of wine & a shared good salad it was 23 Euros.

I’m too unfortunate because whilst you are complaining for the bad exchange rate of the Sterling vs Euro I should be happy because my money is worth more now that I’m in UK 2/3 of my time. But I can’t because the wine prices will soar next year, expecially considering that they have raised excise again, and it’ll be very difficult to sell our stuff. You see, I’m starting to regret the old Italian Lira (la “liretta”) already.
When are you going to come to Tuscany? Let me know if you do.
