Can’t follow your hyperlink. Yes I thought Muga was blue chip and indeed they are represented at the Wine Bloggers’ Conference so I look forward to tasting further.
This one was not too expensive though, so maybe a lower grade to keep the price down? Or maybe just that the siutation demanded something a bit more refreshing..

Is this the same wine? I’ve gotta say Rioja Reserva wouldn’t be my first choice on a hot holiday but even so, I thought Muga was pretty blue chip – did the label peel off while you were drinking?
