		<description>Yes, I had to pay a cover charge but that is not the only fault that Scott's shares with its creepy sibling.  I had a glass of champers to start and, just like at the Ivy, it is served in those stupid shaped glasses that fire a shot of fizz at you as you drop the glass from your jaw.  I guess these are small faults, although I do wish Caprice Holdings would drop the antiquated cover charge - they seem to be the only restos still clinging (like Ivy, they would no doubt argue) to this ancient practice.</description>
