I need a logo and a catch phrase, my first attempt "Wine At Right Temperature" had an unfortunate acronym, however. Maybe a red card to show to waiters/sommeliers who serve wine too warm would be a good idea. Perhaps a standard email circular with serviing advice we can all send to our favourite restaurants - if they get enough spam they will have to listen in the end. It is disgusting how wine is served sometimes, not just hot, but baked (nothing an ice bucket will fix, ether). I know space is at a premium, but killing wine by sitting it on top of fridges, or on bars with hot lights slowly cooking the wine is just unnecessary. Where do I sign? I’m in.
